Many customers have no drawings or plans per se, but they know what they would like to end up with. Others have extensive plans and designs and need a workshop to build them.
Price Quote & Timeframe
After reviewing your project, we’ll come back to you with an idea of cost and how long it will take. Some jobs are easy flat-rate price quotes and others are more complex requiring phases of payment as the project progresses. All projects begin with 50% down with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon.
Updates To You As We Go
As we progress through your project, we will keep in close contact with you. Questions may arise as we get into the project either from us or from you.
On Time Completion
Your project is finished, looks great, and is ready for pickup, delivery and/or installation! Balance is due at this time unless prior arrangements have been made.
Reid Signs did an outstanding job for us in restoring the large individual block letter neon sign, “King Street Station,” at the north end of the historic rail station in Seattle’s South Downtown. They carefully removed each block letter, repaired the metal work, painted each letter block and the support work, installed new neon and transformers, and put the sign back in place within our schedule and budget.
Reid Signs provided detailed renderings of the sign so we knew exactly what the finished concept would look like. You guys were great to work with, the final sign was professionally made and very high quality …
Best Plumbing began working with Reid Signs seven or eight years ago. I first hired them to design and logo our vehicle fleet, we had an old school design and after Greg learned about our business culture and image we wanted to portray, he changed our logo into the current design. Since then, we have remodeled the exterior and interior of our retail location, in which Reid Signs designed, fabricated and installed the entire graphic package.
